2021 USAT CEU Provider Application Process

If you have questions, please reach out to Melissa Otterbein at Melissa.Otterbein@usatriathlon.org

  • Complete and submit all sections of the 2021 USAT CEU Provider Application

  • USAT Staff will review and accept or reject your submission (you will be contacted via email after review)

  • If accepted, you will be sent a payment link to pay the $150 application fee

  • Once the application fee has been paid, USAT Staff will email you with all information regarding 2021 USAT CEU Provider acceptance
