Dr. Getzin is Clinical Director of Sports Medicine and Athletic Performance at Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, NY. He has been involved with USAT for over 2 decades as a certified coach, All American age group competitor and Kona qualifier and most recently as the head team physician. Dr. Getzin is the director of Cayuga Medical Center's Shortness of breath in the athlete clinic and one of the few clinicians in the world who performs continuous laryngoscopy with exercise to diagnose exercise-induced laryngeal obstruction. He is head team physician at Ithaca College where he has recently been focused on facilitating safe return to athletic participation in the current COVID-19 world.

Dr. Creswell is an adult heart surgeon based in Jackson, Mississippi, with clinical and research interests in sports cardiology. He is a triathlete and long-distance open water swimmer. Dr. Creswell has worked with USAT in a variety of roles to promote the safety of triathletes. He serves on the USA Triathlon Physician Advisory Board and is a founding member of the Global Taskforce for Triathlon Safety.
