Susan Sotir
Susan Sotir (PhD, USAT LIII, NSCA - CSCS, Pn1) coaches endurance sport athletes, novices to world championship qualifiers. She consults with elite athletes and coaches seeking to integrate mental skills into sport practice and performance and is a coach mentor and educator, bridging theory and research findings into practice. She has been a member of the coaching staff for USA Triathlon Junior Skill, Specialty, and Select camps, presented at national and international conferences, and served as an Assistant Professor of Research and Statistics at Springfield College. With over 30 years of experience in sport, coaching, and education, Sue favors an evidence - informed coaching approach, incorporating athlete daily experience, testing, and technology to develop an individualized program for each of her athletes.
