Sahana Gopal
Sahana is Head of Product at Wild.AI, an app that helps women train, fuel and recover according to their specific physiology. Through her experience in completing her PhD in biomedical engineering as well as being a competitive badminton athlete herself, she transitioned into assimilating research and recommendations on female exercise physiology into the Wild.AI app, after which she took on building the product itself.
Alongside her role at Wild.AI, she is also a Strength and Conditioning Coach, currently working with the Olympic Diving team of Great Britain, recently aiding in the success of Olympic Gold medals at the Tokyo Olympic Games, Commonwealth Games, World & European Championships and is now building up to the Paris 2024 Olympics.
In her spare time, Sahana enjoys walking her 3 year-old Husky, breaking stereotypes about women, sharpening her Olympic weightlifting skills, and playing semi-competitive badminton.
