Program Duration
Comprehensive 12-month immersive learning experience combining self-paced modules with interactive group sessions.
Elite Cohort
Limited to only 10 participants per intake for the most exclusive and personalized coaching development experience.
Highly Competitive Selection: Applications undergo thorough evaluation based on coaching experience, demonstrated performance, and readiness for elite-level development. Not all available spots may be filled if suitable candidates are not identified. Selected applicants will be notified approximately 2 weeks before the course starts.
About Level III Certification
Who Should Apply: Elite-level Level II coaches with at least 6 years of total coaching experience (2 as Level I, 4 as Level II), coaches developing high-performance and competitive athletes, and those committed to mastering advanced methodologies in periodization, sports science, and elite athlete psychology.
Prerequisites:
- ✓ Current USA Triathlon Level II Certified Coach
- ✓ Minimum 6 years of coaching experience (2 as Level I and 4 as Level II)
- ✓ Application approval required

- Ongoing guidance from USA Triathlon Education Manager and select Level III Coaches
