Program Structure

The curriculum features 24 comprehensive modules delivered over 12 months:

•    Two in-depth modules per month covering advanced coaching domains

•    Bi-weekly group discussions and collaborative sessions with industry leaders

•    Direct interaction with current Level 3 coaches and high-performance specialists

•    Comprehensive projects and assessments to demonstrate mastery

•    Ongoing guidance from USA Triathlon Education Manager and select Level 3 Coaches

•    Opportunities to present and share knowledge within the coaching community
